About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between our technical and sales teams. You'll help customize our platform for specific client needs and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise during sales calls and demos
- Understand client requirements and propose technical solutions
- Create proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations
- Configure and customize the platform for new clients
- Train customers on technical aspects of the platform
- Work with engineering to address client-specific needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering or similar role
- Strong technical background with understanding of web technologies
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data migrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Customer-facing experience
Nice to Have
- Programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
- Experience with database systems and data modeling
- Knowledge of the sports management or club management industry
- Previous experience in SaaS implementation
