About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to drive the vision and roadmap for our padel club management platform. In this role, you'll work closely with clubs, players, and our engineering team to define and deliver features that transform the padel experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features based on market research and user feedback
- Create detailed product requirements and user stories
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Analyze metrics and user behavior to inform product decisions
- Conduct user interviews and gather feedback from clubs and players
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape in sports tech
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Data-driven decision making approach
Nice to Have
- Experience in sports technology or SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with padel or racquet sports
- Background in UX/UI design
- Technical background or understanding of web technologies
