About the Role
We're seeking a Head of Operations to lead our operational efforts. You'll ensure smooth delivery and implementation of our platform to clients worldwide and build efficient internal processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer onboarding and implementation processes
- Develop and optimize operational procedures and workflows
- Build and manage the operations team
- Create and monitor KPIs for operational excellence
- Collaborate with product and engineering on operational requirements
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery
Requirements
- 7+ years of operations management experience, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of building and improving operational processes
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in sports management or fitness industry
- Knowledge of customer success methodologies
- Background in implementing enterprise software
- Experience with process automation tools
- International business experience
